Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Payments are due as agreed (before or after service)
Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee
Access to Property
Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time.
Service Quality
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We will address the issue promptly.
Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or hazardous conditions.
